What is PDO?

PDO is a colorless, crystalline, biodegradable, synthetic, non-animal based polymer.

  • Chemically it is based on a polymeric structure, composed of multiple repeat eth-ester subunits.

  • It is obtained by ring-opening polymerization of the monomer p-dioxanone

IDEAL CANDIDATES

Group- 30 years and greater (best results are seen in middle age patients)

  • Preferably no prior plastic surgery

  • May have Dermal Fillers and Botox (as lAgeong as procedure done 2 week prior)

  • Mild to moderate ptotic cheek tissue, jowling, and brow ptosis

  • Crepey skin of skin and body
